This week has been incredible for snowmaking up at Big Boulder PARK. Snowmaking started yesterday with snow being made on the Freedom Park, The Plaza, and Boulder Park slopes. The weather is staying super cold all week so it's expected that Big Boulder will be open for riding on Saturday and Sunday. Check back here or at Big Boulder's website for up-to-date information and pricing. See you this weekend!

After receiving over a foot of snow on Tuesday night, Big Boulder PARK is opening for the first night of the season tomorrow at 6pm. They will be opening the plaza up for free riding and free hotdogs until midnight! It's still up in the air whether or not they will be able to open up this weekend. Hopefully they'll be able to make it happen! Keep an eye out on the JFBB Blog for updates! Hopefully we'll see you on the snow this weekend.

We've posted a video from May Day 2008 at Big Boulder. Big thanks to Matt Stambaugh who was out filming with his new HD camera. We've got a lot of good shots from some of the RR team as well as some guest appearances from other well known rippers in the area. AKA Kevin Thomas. So, watch these guys throw down and get stoked for next season!! Also, there is an epic "Return of Alex Curry" video which features a documentary style edit of his injury and his comeback. Hey guys! I finally got around to posting a full gallery from May Day 2008 at Big Boulder Park. May Day was incredible! I was glad to see a lot of people came out for the day and everyone seemed to have a great time. I posted a few pictures along with an article on Newschoolers. You can find that article here.
