The Capture of the Green Goblin

Words: "The Green Goblin"

Each act committed by the ghost-like criminal left crime scene officials baffled. For months, a squadron called "Ski Patrollers", were found trying to capture him for a considerable bounty. Each day, they thought they grew closer to his capture, but he was always one step ahead. His criminal activities seemed unrivaled, but little did the Goblin know, his life of crime was about to come to an abrupt end. After recovering and viewing hidden security tapes, officials finally had a lead on his next move.

Every criminal mastermind needs a break from the daily grind to get a cold drink. Taking this statement into consideration, the Goblin grabbed a drink from the cafeteria and prepared to pay. Not wanting to pay full price, he used a stolen Employee ID card. It was going to be legit. Ultimately, this was the fall of reign of the Green Goblin.

During all this time, a new band of officials had assembled to put effort toward the capture of the Goblin. They called themselves Security, and they sought to complete what the Ski Patrollers had failed to do. Not long after the Goblin had purchased his icy cold beverage, Security began receiving multiple reports about sightings of the infamous criminal. The hunt was on.

The Goblin, after receiving information about Security's newly found evidence, laid low for a week. Thinking that the wave of suspicion had passed, the Goblin made a return to Roundtop. His return was not what he expected. Upon setting foot on the premises, Security swarmed him and took him into custody. His season pass was instantly vaporized. The Green Suit was to be taken out of commission. On Saturday, February 25, 2006, after many reigns of terror, the "Green Goblin", AKA Steve Stepp, was captured.

Though this tale may seem unreal and far fetched, it's entirely true. Fortunately, this is not the end of the Green Goblin. Living in exile, he is devising an unstoppable plan to return to Roundtop, and continue his criminal ways. His new alias is to remain unknown.

Sincerely, Steve Stepp
