The PSU Open 2006 was the best competition Tussey Mountain has ever hosted. The Penn State Snowboard Club pulled together a sick set up for the Rail Jam and Big Air. However the Slopestyle set up was 'beat quick'. A bunch of nasty tricks were thrown, as well as some free Pitas that are yet to be found.

Alex and Mike headed up to Mount Snow, VT this past weekend. Unfortunately, Alex overshoot a huge jump and got a concussion on his 3rd run of the trip. This is a sick edit of Galli hitting a bunch of rails in the park along with some nasty jump shots. It's short, but it's quality!

This Friday, close to 20 skiers showed up for the rail jam at Ski Roundtop. The setup was epic. There was a down-flat-down rail, flat-down box, and a 30' down rail. After about an hour of practice, the skiers were ready to throw down. Riders Tom Wallisch, Kyle Barnoff, and Dave Zweig impressed the judges with some huge disasters, 270s on, and switch ups all over the place. All of the other skiers put up some very technical tricks. The skill level at this jam was bloody ridiculous! Chea!

Exhibition park is open and we decided to use it. Things were legit and it was all quick, local kids just having fun. We can only wish we had some "grillz" of our own, untill then we will stick to skiing.

Saturday January 7th, a huge crew of riders traveled to Liberty to hit the park. Evan, Will, Steve and Loyd started hitting the jump early in the morning. The progression got huge throughout the day. Check the sickness (even Burt threw down).
